If you have not received your order within 7 business days we recommend waiting 2 more days as tracking can sometimes be inaccurate. If your package is still not delivered by that time frame, please contact us.
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via the shipping company. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If an address is incorrectly entered at checkout by the customer, Keyhuub.com is not responsible for re-sending the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve the package. If the package is returned to Keyhuub.com by the shipping company, we will contact the customer for an updated address to reship.
